Horselovers guide is an endeavor for horse people. We have been in the horse business for 29 years. Evon and Craig specialize in helping people learn about common horse sense, and how to be a real horselover who has fun with their horse while continuing to improve their horse education.
Craig and Evon are both life long horse owners with equine experiences including, but not limited to: boarding & training stables, horses for sale, showing, judging, giving lessons, hauling and you name it, we probably have tried it.
As some of you know, we were quietly living our life at our home in Butler, we took a limited number of horses in for training and had a few students come to our farm for lessons when we heard the Call. The call to serve the Lord through helping others with their HORSE’s and to be a friend to others.
We have continued our horse education over the years and have ridden with a lot of knowledgeable horse trainers. Our love for the horse and horse people continues to grow. We see the desire for horse lovers everywhere to learn how to do more with their own horses than they ever thought possible
That is where we come in to help with personal and equine development. From the beginner to the Performance Horse. Trails, Basic Dressage, Ranch Versatility, Reining, Working Cow Horse, Barrels, Obstacle and Bombproofing, Building Confidence for Riders and Horses. We will get you started and on your way to success.
We have been involved in riding at Equine Affaire for the last 7 years, Evon has ridden with Clinicians such as Patrick Hooks, Lynn Palm, Julie Goodnight. She has competed in the “Extreme Cowboy race “ hosted by Craig Cameron of Bluffdale Texas. Project Cowboy 2010 Fort Worth Texas, hosted by Tootie Bland, and Patti Colbert. Both Craig and Evon went to Texas to ride with Craig Cameron clinic in 2009. And C & E Traveled Spring 2010 to Al Dunnings Masters Clinic in Scottsdale Arizona.
Craig and Evon also Ride across America and spend vacation time camping and riding their horses in as many states as time allows. Maine, Vermont, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, Arizona, West Virginia, and more
We want to educate horse lovers and help the average person enjoy their horse. Now more than ever horse owners are everywhere. People usually are afraid to seek help, they don’t want to be embarrassed by asking for help. You know: a lot of people have owned horses when they were a kid, or since they were a kid. They know how to stay on and have a good time with their steed. But there is that “one “ thing ‘OLE Red” does that really bothers you. He tries to run off on you while mounting, just Will Not back up, perhaps he drags you to the pasture when it is turnout time. These are just a few to mention, I am sure you are already thinking of something you would like to change on you own horse.
You can never learn enough about horses. If you know it all, you’re in trouble...
