Horselovers guide is an endeavor for horse people that have been in the horse business for 26 years. Evon and Craig specialize in helping people learn about common horse sense, and how to be a real horselover who has fun with their horse while continuing to improve their horse education. Craig and Evon have been life long horse owners, have had boarding & training stables in the past. At our home in Butler, we took a limited number of horses in for training and had a few students come to our farm for lessons. We have been involved in riding at Equine Affaire for the last 7 years, Evon rode in the “Extreme Cowboy race “ hosted by Craig Cameron of Bluffdale Texas. Both Craig and Evon went to Texas to ride with Craig Cameron for a short while. We have continued our horse education over the years and have ridden with a lot of knowledgeable horse trainers. Our love for the horse continues to grow. We see the desire for “Back yard” horse lovers to learn how to do more with their own horses than they ever thought possible. So that is where we come in. We want to educate horse lovers and help the average person enjoy their horse. Now more than ever horse owners are everywhere. People usually are afraid to seek help, they don’t want to be embarrassed by asking for help. You know: a lot of people have owned horses when they were a kid, or since they were a kid. They know how to stay on and have a good time with their steed. But there is that “one “ thing ‘OLE Red” does that really bothers you. He tries to run off on you while mounting, just Will Not back up, perhaps he drags you to the pasture when it is turnout time. These are just a few to mention, I am sure you are already thinking of something you would like to change on you own horse.
You can never learn enough about horses. If you know it all, you’re in trouble...

Evon’s motto with horses is “exaggerate” then “graduate”. If your not graduating then I better keep exaggerating till you get it !!
